Them (2021) — A limited anthology horror-drama. Set during the 1950s Great Migration, the first season ("Covenant") follows a Black family who leave North Carolina for what should be a fresh start in an all‑white Los Angeles neighborhood, only to find their new home becoming ground zero for both the overt racism of their neighbors and inexplicable, otherworldly forces. Watching Them is an intense, often harrowing experience: expect slow‑burn dread punctuated by shocking, visceral moments, a claustrophobic atmosphere, and scenes that confront both supernatural terror and the real-life brutality of racial violence.
